Discipleship Administration Assistant

POSITION PURPOSE

This role exists to support discipleship within the church mainly by working with and assisting the Connections Pastor and Discipleship Director. This is primarily an administrative role in which the successful candidate will be actively involved in the day-to-day planning, operations, and facilitating the systems that enable people to get connected to the church family, and progress in the discipleship journey.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Key educational and experiential qualifications for this role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement; certificate in business or office administration an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills. 

  • Self-starter and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using software for project management.

  • Good standing history with Catch The Fire is an asset.

  • Agree with and live in accordance with Catch The Fire Statement of Faith.
