Let’s bring God’s presence to life for all our church family and friends from across the world!


Our volunteers are the heart of our ministry. Your dedication, enthusiasm and passion continuously help make each of our conferences a success. 

There are countless ways for you get involved no matter your age, ability or skill level. You can assist in many aspects of the conference from customer service, media and production to catering, hospitality, parking and more.

We would love to serve alongside you and take part in the excitement and celebration together!

We are currently looking for volunteers to serve in the areas of cafe, A/V, facilities, greeters, hospitality, parking, registration and welcome desk.


Free access to the conference

All our volunteers are rewarded with free access to the conference! All of our volunteers are organized into teams and scheduled on shifts. You will be able to choose which team you're on and time you're available in a few minutes. How many shifts you work will determine how much of the conference you gain free access to. 

Benefits of Volunteering With Us

To get free access to the entire conference you will need to volunteer a total of 3 shifts (9 - 13.5 hours total). Each shift is 4 - 4.5 hours long.

If you volunteer for 1 or 2 shifts you will gain access to the conference for only the days you volunteer.** Each shift is 4 - 4.5 hours long

**If you volunteer for a shift on the Wednesday evening (September 18), and do not volunteer for a full 3 shifts, you will gain access to an another entire day of your choosing. (Since there are no other sessions for you to gain access on Wednesday) This can be decided when you check in for your first shift.


Please register as soon as possible. The deadline for registering is September 8th 2019, however all positions are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
