INternship opportunities

About

Central is looking for fiery, passionate people who love Jesus and are ready to lay down their lives and show real love to those in Toronto. Interning with Central is an amazing opportunity to walk out all that you have learned at the School of Ministry, while living either at the school or in an apartment downtown. As an Intern you will be in the Central downtown office with the team 4 days a week. Sundays you'll be downtown from 1:00pm-9:00pm, helping to set up and run our two services, ministering and serving.

On Tuesday evenings, you will be a part of Central’s leadership small group, led by the Senior and Assistant Pastors, where you will get to know all the leaders at Central, become a part of the family and learn key leadership tools! You’ll also have the amazing opportunity to partner with an existing leader and co-lead a small group once a week. At small group you'll get to teach, pray for people, plan and participate in outreaches, and learn how to pastor people one-on-one. You'll also be assigned a mentor who will meet with you one-on-one to help you with your personal growth. Our goal is to stretch you in your gifting and equip you to grow in your weaknesses.

Every intern will be involved in ministry (small groups) as well as one practical focus area/intern position.

We have 7 self-funded intern positions newly available and are looking for students interested in Pastoral, Creative, Worship, Events, Kids Ministry, Administration/Office Management, or Outreach; however we are comfortable to amend the role (or put a couple roles together) to help prepare you for the call God has placed on your life.

Be a part of a family that loves Jesus and is excited to see Him transform our own lives and the lives of those in Toronto!

We can’t wait to have you be a part of our team! Click on the "More Details" buttons below for full "Job Descriptions" of each role and then click on the "Apply Now" buttons to fill out an application.  Scroll to the bottom for Advance Placement Opportunities.
