Kingdom Culture Workshops is an initiative that facilitates seasonal skill-building workshops at Central Church and Coffee located at Bloor and Dovercourt in Toronto. Through affordable, high-quality workshops lead by professionals in their field, Kingdom Culture Workshops promote learning new skills, and the reason why we do them in the first place, according to God’s revelation in our lives. HOW TO START A GARDEN: IN ANY SPACE ON ANY BUDGET

Want to start a garden, but have no idea where to start?
Want to start a garden, but don’t have any money?
Want to start a garden, but don’t think your space can work?

This Kingdom Culture Workshop will cover how to start an organic vegetable garden on little-to-no budget and in any space. It will teach you how to make frugal DIY containers and garden tools, show you where to source affordable or free organic seeds, transplants, compost, soil amendments, and more! Plus, get hands-on experience mixing your own DIY potting soil and take home the recipe! Participate in a seed swap, and get one-on-one advice from an experienced urban gardener about your space. 

COST

$7 workshop fee + $5 If you wish to Participate in the Seed Swap, (Swap fee is waived if you bring your own seeds to contribute)

Pay cash at the door // Register on Eventbrite by April 28th if you wish to participate in the seed swap (unless you are bringing seeds) so that we can make sure there will be enough seeds to go around!
